Campaign Management
FastStats
Discoverer can include a campaign planning and management module to control
multiple mailing packs or email messages, cells and promotions.
It will record campaign details and
costs, and
automatically remove any duplicated records that have been selected across
multiple cells.
All marketing communications history is recorded in a SQL database and this can
be used to identify individuals in operational CRM, ERP, etc. systems for telemarketing
follow-up.
Pivot Tables
Discoverer offers easy to prepare
cross-tabs (multi-dimensional pivot tables) with powerful numeric functions and thematic
shading for easy interpretation. Pivot tables can be transformed, filtered
and visualised as high quality graphics which offer further drag and drop
selection capabilities.
